Refund policy


Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold - perishable beverages - all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every effort is made to ensure that products are delivered in perfect condition. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hi@thesiporder.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. Each case will be evaluated individually, and a replacement or credit may be offered at our discretion.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that, for safety and quality reasons, refunds or exchanges are not available for standard purchases.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hi@thesiporder.com immediately so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

All beverages are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. Custom or personalised products are also non-returnable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Even though EU law provides a 14-day cooling-off period for certain goods, perishable beverages are exempt. Therefore, returns or cancellations under this provision do not apply.
