Welcome to The Sip Order! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Sip Order. The Sip Order operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Sip Order is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Products are artisanal beverages made with natural ingredients. Variations in color, flavor, aroma, or appearance may occur naturally and are not considered defects.
All product descriptions, availability, and images are for illustrative purposes. The Sip Order reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. The Sip Order reserves the right to cancel or decline orders at its discretion.
All beverages are perishable products. For this reason, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If such an issue occurs, contact us at hi@thesiporder.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. Cases will be evaluated individually and, at our discretion, a replacement or credit may be offered.
All purchases are for personal use only, not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, unless stated. Payment must be valid and authorized. Customers are responsible for providing up-to-date billing information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Sip Order is not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by The Sip Order or its licensors and protected under Portuguese and international intellectual property laws. Use is allowed for personal purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate the law.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content or transactions on third-party sites. Users access them at their own risk.
SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Sip Order is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with The Sip Order. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with The Sip Order.
