As coffee is a natural product, caffeine levels can vary depending on the harvest and extraction process. The values shown on each can represent the maximum expected caffeine content.

As a general indication:

• ICED BLACK: similar to a double espresso
  
• ICED WHITE: similar to a double-shot flat white
  
• SPARKLING TONIC: similar to a single espresso mixed with tonic

The Iced Black and Iced White varieties are vegan-friendly. The Sparkling Tonic is not vegan, as it contains honey in the tonic syrup.

No sugar is added to the Iced Black or Iced White varieties. The Sparkling Tonic contains a small amount of sugar and remains low in calories.

CAKE uses Brazilian Arabica coffee sourced through Sancoffee, a cooperative in the Minas Gerais region known for sustainable farming practices and direct-trade relationships.

The cooperative has also been recognised for its social and environmental initiatives, including education programs and sustainability projects.

CAKE uses naturally processed Yellow Bourbon Arabica coffee from Brazil, selected for its smooth profile and notes of chocolate, caramel, and natural sweetness.

The result is a balanced cold brew coffee with gentle acidity and a rounded finish across the range.
